T&C for 28 Reward Program
- The 28 Rewards membership is voluntary and is open to only beauty & salon professionals/associates across India & applicable at all our outlets (Vaibhav Store, Makeup Biography, Kumar Store).
- While making purchases at our any of the outlet of 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP (Vaibhav Stores, Kumar Stores, Makeup Biography) please present your membership number (Mobile Number) to the staff before billing.
- NO MINIMUM SHOPPING REQUIRED TO REDEEM THE POINTS
- The reward points can be redeemed only at our units of 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP.
You Earn 1 point for Every Rs.100 Spent. However, the reward points cannot be redeemed for cash. The member will be required to present the membership number along with the OTP received on the registered mobile number at the time of redemption of the rewards points.
- IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED/RETURNED, NO ROLLBACK OF POINTS WILL BE NOT ENTITLED.
- The allotment and redemption of rewards points will be solely at the discretion of 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP & reserves the right to refuse, to award points, or refuse the right to redeem points accumulated, for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
- 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP reserves the right to withdraw any one or all of the membership issued by them. 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP will have limited liability to the Member, only to the extent of the points available in the credit of the member’s account.
- The 28 REWARDS program benefit cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount, viz. the reward points will not be awarded or earned in the following cases:
- Discounted or Marked down Merchandise.
- Special offers, promotions, or items excluded by the management.
- Purchase of Gift Vouchers.
- Reward Points once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited.
- No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by redeeming the reward points in the case of purchase returns.
- The ‘28 Reward’ Membership is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- The credit of reward points against purchases will take at least 2 days to reflect in the member’s account.
- Members are required to present the membership number at the time of billing to accrue reward points.
- The reward points would be valid for 6 months from the month of accrual. If not redeemed within 6 months from the date of accrual, such reward points may lapse.
- All special offers, updates, and your account activity details would be communicated through Whatsapp/SMS, Direct mail, and/or email. However, 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected, or incomplete communication.

- In the event of a dispute between a member and 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP, with regard to or in relation to the ’28 Reward’ program, the decision of 28 SOUTH VENTURES LLP shall be deemed as final and binding.
- All terms and conditions are subject to Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts.
